Harmony Alternative

  Multiple Locations, Global

  Multiple Sessions

Harmony's Global Classroom is an immersive, holistic, and family-supported learning journey designed for globally minded homeschoolers and worldschoolers seeking more than conventional education. Grounded in the principles of the International Baccalaureate (IB), the program provides an inquiry-led, transdisciplinary curriculum framework tailored for students aged 11–18. Each 12-week term, families travel together to a new location—such as Thailand, Indonesia, or Vietnam—where learners engage with real-world themes, community experiences, and ecological systems through a thoughtfully curated learning plan. Educational facilitation is guided by an experienced mentor with a BA, PGCE, and MAEd, as well as a background in leading international and alternative schools. This is not a school, not a drop-in service, and not a boarding program. Learners remain under the care and educational responsibility of their families at all times. Harmony’s Global Classroom serves as a learning enrichment experience—supporting self-directed, portfolio-based progression that can align with future pathways, including IB Diploma entry or alternative university admissions.
